The Lounge

The comfortable lounge has two settees, electric fire, oil central heating, wide screen t.v., freeview box, dvd player, as well as numerous books, maps and information leaflets for you to use during your stay. At the other end of the lounge is the dining table and chairs with spectacular views across the sea. All heating and lighting are included in the tariff.

This room has three very large windows to make the most of the view. You won't  miss a thing!

At the other end of the lounge there is the dining table. 

The Bedrooms

The Annexe self catering accommodation comfortably sleeps four people in two bedrooms. One room has a double bed, the other has two singles.

This is the double bedroom. It has a double wardrobe , chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps and radio alarm. There is also a hairdryer and mirrors. All bed linen is of excellent quality. There are also black out blinds for the summer when the days are very long.

The twin room has two single beds , wardrobe, bedside cabinet and lamp. This room also has a black out blind, mirror and percale bedding.

A large modern kitchen with breakfast bar also enjoys the views over the sea. It has been fully equipped to a very high standard. It contains:-  Large fridge/freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Ceramic Hob and Cooker.

There will be a starter pack waiting your arrival. it will include a few Orkney specialities as well as bread, free range eggs from our neighbour, butter, milk, a couple of dishwasher tablets and laundry tablet etc.

There is a good sized bathroom with a large walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin. All towels and bath mats are provided. There are complimentary toiletries for you to try too!

The Laundry

There is a laundry room with both washer and drier. An ironing board and iron are supplied in the Annexe.

The Outside

Outside the Orkney self catering accommodation here is a seating area and garden for you to enjoy the sea views. Some vistors have enjoyed their breakfast out there! There is a washing line and pegs as well as a your own car parking space.

The village shop, restaurant and public house are just a mile and a half away.

The local bus route is a mile away.
